The Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Office of the Registrar of Companies, Government of India, has granted approval to Indian Organization for Rare Diseases for Undertaking CSR Activities vide Registration No. CSR00030328. IORD is equipped to engage in CSR-related activities for companies wishing to make CSR contributions towards health causes aligned with our mission of supporting rare disease advocacy, awareness, research, and patient care. In accordance with Section 135 of the Companies Act, 2013, which mandates certain companies to allocate at least 2% of their average net profit to CSR activities, we invite your organization to consider partnering with IORD to help drive impactful change in the field of rare diseases.
